It's done in a handsome analog-watch style.  You can move it with the right mouse button and it remembers where you put it. Click with the left button for the menu. You can customize the menu to launch up to 10 applications.  Also: Exit Windows, Restart Windows, and Reboot.  And there's a scrollable quarterly calendar!

  23. If you want, up to three lines of numeric info can be displayed below the watch face: time, day-date, and second time zone. Other menu items give you info about Marcel's writing tools for Windows (one is shareware, the other is retail).
